Photos and service details

Uploaded photos are used to understand and price your request. Please avoid including people, documents, license plates, access codes, or other sensitive information unless it is necessary for the job.

Service providers

Cleanify may use website hosting, storage, database, and email-delivery providers to operate this site and send quote confirmations. These providers receive only the information needed to perform those services.

If you use the estimate assistant, your question, selected service details, and calculated price range may be sent to an AI service provider to create an answer. The assistant is designed not to send your name, phone number, email address, street address, or uploaded photos.

Sharing and selling

Cleanify does not sell information submitted through the quote form. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect customers or the business, or to complete an approved service using a trusted service provider.

Retention and security

We retain quote information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to the request, provide service, keep business records, and meet legal obligations. No online system can guarantee absolute security, but we use reasonable measures intended to protect submitted information.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete information associated with a quote request, subject to business and legal recordkeeping needs. You may also ask us to stop nonessential follow-up.
